Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing and delivery times

Most orders leave our US partner warehouses within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Discreet packaging

• Every order ships in a plain box or mailer with no logo, product names or images.
• The return address on the label shows a fulfillment center, not our store name.
• Your card statement shows a neutral company name.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it until the order ships.
